Dr. Tucker pursued research exploring Information Technology employee turnover during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He wanted to understand the retention strategies of managers that experienced low turnover during the pandemic.

This work was conducted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree Doctorate of Business Administration at Columbia Southern University. This is Dr. Tucker’s fourth doctorate and the most important in achieving his professional goals.

Dr. Tucker successfully defended his dissertation on November 19, 2024.
